Parents’ Referral Programme 2024/2025

At Sayfol International School, we are committed to fostering continued growth among our students and rewarding our valued parents for their efforts in promoting our school. To show our appreciation, we are pleased to offer a Parent Referral Incentive Programme for the upcoming Academic Year 2024/2025.

How can you participate in the programme?

Step 1:
If you wish to refer a new student to Sayfol, simply express your interest by contacting the Admissions Team.

Step 2:
Email the Admissions Team at admissions@sayfol.edu.my to request both the Application Form and the Referral Form.

Step 3:
Submit the completed Application Form together with the Referral Form to the Admissions Office. You may do this either by email or in person (printed forms).

Step 4:
Once the referred parent and student have paid their first-semester fees, the school will assess the referred student’s attendance. Upon successful evaluation, the application will be approved in line with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Terms & Conditions for Parent Referral Incentive Programme

1. This Referral Programme will be reviewed annually at the beginning of each new Academic Year. The current Referral Programme will be reviewed in August 2024.

2. Participation in this Programme is open to both local and international parents.

3. The Referrer must be a parent of a child currently enrolled at Sayfol International School.

4. The referred student must maintain consistent attendance in school.

5. Applications submitted during term breaks or school holidays may require additional processing time for approval.

6. Both the Referral Application Form and the Admissions Form must be submitted together to the Admissions Office to qualify for this Referral Programme.

7. A referral is considered complete only after the referred individual pays their first term/semester fees in full.

8. This programme is NOT applicable for part-time or short-term/full-time student recruitment (Holiday programme, Exchange programme, etc) .

9. This programme cannot be used in conjunction with the Peer-to-Peer Referral Programme.

10. Discounts on school term fees will only apply to the lowest paying child of the referring family and will be applicable for one term only.

11. All rewards associated with this programme are non-refundable and non-transferable.

12. Referral rewards will be processed via cheque or online transfer and cannot be refunded.

13. Registration for this Referral Programme remains open until further notice. However, Sayfol reserves the right to disqualify any Referral Programme applications if they are submitted past the designated deadlines.

14. Parents must agree to all the Terms & Conditions outlined in this referral form.

15. Applications are subject to approval by the School Management.

16. All decisions made by the School Management are final.

By participating in this Programme, parents acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions stated above.
