Guidelines For International Student Pass Application

Student Pass is a visa document required by all expatriate students (except for Dependant Pass, Resident Pass or MM2H Visa holders) to remain in Malaysia while they undertake full-time study. It is recognised by the sticker endorsement in their passport while the students are studying in Sayfol International School.

All students’ passports must be kept valid for the duration of the students’ stay and for travelling purposes. Maintaining a valid passport and the appropriate visa for the student is the responsibility of the parents of the student.

Sayfol International School will not accept the responsibility for student/parent with expired visa and/or passport. The School will not be held responsible for student/parent who overstayed in Malaysia, although you may have registered with us. Students with an expired visa will be advised to approach the Immigration Department of Malaysia on their own accord to settle their overstay issues.

3.	Personal bond (require 2 Malaysians to sign as guarantor and witness respectively and to attach the JPN certified copy of their identity cards. Then, the form is required to be stamped at the LHDN office) However, for those who require our representative’s signature, they are to pay us an amount stipulated by the Immigration Department as security deposit and the said deposit will only be refunded upon cancellation of the guardian pass (original receipt of the security deposit paid must be provided)	Personal bond is not required for renewal
