Sayfol Parents’ Referral Incentive Programme (Academic Year 2026/2027)

As a means of promoting our students’ continued growth at Sayfol International School, and to reward you as a parent for your effort in helping to promote our school, we are offering a Parent Referral Incentive Programme for Academic Year 2026/2027.

How do I participate in this Programme?

Step 1: The parent is interested in referring a student to Sayfol.

Step 2: The parent writes to the Admissions Team (admissions@sayfol.edu.my) to get the Application Form & Referral Form.

Step 3: The parent submits the completed Application Form & Referral Form to the Admissions Office by email or in person (printed).

Step 4: Once the Referred Individual pays their first-semester fee, the school will evaluate the Referred Individual’s class attendance and approve the Application based on the Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

• This Referral Programme will be reviewed at the beginning of each new Academic Year: In this case, this Referral Programme will be selected for review in December 2026.
• Participation is open to local & international parents.
• The Referrer must be a parent of a child who is currently enrolled at Sayfol International School, KL. The referred student must have consistent class attendance.
• All applications submitted before and during Term Breaks/School Holidays will take additional time to be approved.
• Referral Application Form & Admissions Form must be submitted together to the Admissions Office to qualify for the Referral Programme.
• The referral is only considered complete when the referred individual pays their first term/semester fees in full.
• This Programme does not apply to part-time/full-time student recruitment agents.
• The school term fee discounts are only applicable to the lowest-paying child of the Referring family, applicable for the following 1 term only.
• All rewards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Referral payment will be made by cheque/online transfer and is not refundable or transferable.
• This Programme registration ends at 11:59 pm, 31st December 2026. Sayfol reserves the right to disqualify any Referral Programme applications if the applications are submitted past this deadline.
• Parent must agree to all the Terms & Conditions applied to this Referral Programme.
• This Application will be subject to approval by the School Management.
• All decisions made will be final.
